We would like to thank our families and friends for the love and support shown to Tara and us throughout the years; to St. Amant Centre - 3 North & 2 East - you cared for Tara with such love and dignity; to Doctors Magura, Booth, McKenzie, Carson and Pollock, and the nurses at CH5 and CH4 - Childrens Hospital - you always treated Tara and us with such compassion and for that we give you our heartfelt thanks.
